The house has tile throughout, very spacious on a 4.5 acre lot with 100 yards of lakefront, boat dock, 2 kayacks to use. The house has a big living room with fire place, and a formal dining room for entertaining. If you like to cook the kitchen is gigantic with plenty of cabinets and 2 cooking ranges. If you like to fish or sun-tan, the boat dock is just a short walk down to the lake. If you have a boat, you will be saving about $200/month for the slip that is inculded. The master bedroom is huge with a very big walk-in closet, your own bathroom, and private access to the back patio. The room is aproximately 500+ sq/ft. It has it's own bathroom, its own entrance, and a small refrigerator making it like your own apartment. You will also have 1/2 of the 2 car garage for storage or you can easily park a car or full size truck in it. The room is $700/month plus 1/3 of the utilities.
